Consultant  provided the necessary engineering Structural design services for (2) story =~5,000 SF House

  • Framing design utilizing concrete unit masonry design and second floor wood framing
  • Investigations and testing of existing soil and adjacent water channel for erosion and tidal effects
  • Preparation of engineering drawings and wind load calculations
