   Description of Project:

Consultant  provided the necessary engineering Structural design services for (2) story =~4,000 SF Restaurant

  • Engineering Design including walls, deck for mezannene, grade beams
  • Engineering Drafting in CADD format
  • Framing design utilizing concrete unit masonry design and second floor wood framing
  • Investigations and testing of existing building electrical and plumbing systems
  • Upgrading the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and bathroom space to current codes
  • Preparation of engineering drawings and wind load calculations
