Scope of Services
1) Engineering inspection,
evaluation, analysis, detail for wall removal ( CBS), design of steel
plates, upgrade to existing beam, demo plan for wall at (2) locations. The
locations are described as living room to Florida Room, and kitchen , door
way arch opening.
2) Foundation
verification, truss and roof loads and steel column supports ( If deemed
necessary upon analysis);
3) Field site
consultations and measurements, review of existing plan and survey
submitted by owner;
4) Structural calculations
for beam, wall capacity, columns and footings ;attachment Cadd detail
5) Cadd Drawings and
specifications
