Description of Project:
Consultant provided the necessary engineering
Structural
design services for (2) story =~5,000 SF House
- Engineering Design including pile foundations, grade beams
- Engineering Drafting in CADD format
- Framing design utilizing concrete unit masonry design and second floor
wood framing
- Investigations and testing of existing soil and adjacent water channel for
erosion and tidal effects
- Preparation of engineering drawings and wind load calculations
