Description of Project:
Consultant provided the necessary engineering
Structural
design services for (2) story =~4,000 SF Restaurant
- Engineering Design including walls, deck for mezannene, grade beams
- Engineering Drafting in CADD format
- Framing design utilizing concrete unit masonry design and second floor
wood framing
- Investigations and testing of existing building electrical and plumbing
systems
- Upgrading the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and bathroom space to
current codes
- Preparation of engineering drawings and wind load calculations
